Sunday Jan 17, 2021
After growing up in a strict household and feeling pressure from her family to make decisions that pleased them, Sharon found herself depressed, without a sense of purpose, and stuck in an unfulfilling career. Sharon shares her story on how she followed her inner voice, which led her to leave her job and start on a path of self-discovery. Her life took a big turn when a motherly figure rested her hands on her back, triggering the release of a lifetime of pent-up emotions that, unbeknownst to her at the time, began her life transition. Listen to my conversation with Sharon as she shares how these experiences lead her to create a craniosacral therapy practice in Singapore. (www.therapybysharon.com)

Suffering from lifelong skin issues, Najm couldn't' find a product that was effective on her skin, so she decided to create one of her own. Despite lacking a background in business, product development, and while raising 4 children (one of whom has Autism), she created Mama's Sweet Scrubs. What started as 1 product has now grown to over 30. Listen to my conversation with Najm as she shares her journey from stay-at-home mom to home-based business owner and how she manages the roles of being the business owner, product developer, mother, and wife. She also shares with us the sometimes funny role of the product's test subject.
