Najm Duran- Mama's Sweet Scrubs

Suffering from lifelong skin issues, Najm couldn't' find a product that was effective on her skin, so she decided to create one of her own. Despite lacking a background in business, product development, and while raising 4 children (one of whom has Autism), she created Mama's Sweet Scrubs. What started as 1 product has now grown to over 30. Listen to my conversation with Najm as she shares her journey from stay-at-home mom to home-based business owner and how she manages the roles of being the business owner, product developer, mother, and wife. She also shares with us the sometimes funny role of the product's test subject.
